Cowboy Brisket
Ingredients
4 pounds beef brisket, preferably first cut
3 cloves garlic, slivered
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 large yellow onions, thinly sliced, divided
1 cup cider vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons bacon drippings
1 cup espresso or strong black coffee, divided
1/2 cup water

Make small slits with a sharp knife all over the top of the brisket and fill with the slivered garlic pieces.
