Durian Tarts

Ingredients
125 grams Cold butter- cut to cubes
120 grams Icing sugar, sifted
1 Egg
1/4 teaspoon Durian essence (optional)
320 grams Plain flour- sifted
Use a rubber spatula to fold the flour mixture into a soft dough
