Dips can be made with just about any ingredient and flavor profile. They're easy to prepare and make a perfect snack or potluck dish. Here are four vegetarian dips inspired by summer.

Simple and cooling for summer.

Curried Bean
Hummus meets curry in this ultra easy to make vegan treat.

Vegan Quinoa
A unique yogurt-like healthy snack or even dessert.

Creamy Coconut Mushroom
Asian inspired flavors and can be made gluten free by subbing wheat free tamari for the soy sauce.
