100 grams jeeragam
toor dal
5 red chilies
50 grams
ghee
Preparation

Soak
the tamarind in water and
boil
it; set aside in pot.

Fry
the mustard, red chili, dal, and jeeragam for five minutes then
blend.
3
Boil
the tamaring water and
mix
the paste into the water. Add
salt
to
taste.
