GMOs or genetically modified organisms can now be found in just about every packaged and boxed food even if they are labeled organic. Corn, soy, canola, and sugar beets turn up in many forms. If you see any of these ingredients on a label and they aren't organic then likely they are a GMO. If you see glucose syrup or sugar and it doesn't come from cane sugar, then likely the source is GMO sugar beets. Or if you see maltodextrin you can bet it's from GMO corn.
