Pouligny-Saint-Pierre
About
Pouligny-Saint-Pierre is an unpasteurized French goat's milk cheesee. It is shaped like a pyramid and is golden brown in color with speckles of grey-blue mold. It is often known by the nicknames "Eiffel Tower" or "Pyramid". The central pte is bright white with a smooth, crumbly texture that mixes an initial sour taste with salty and sweet overtones.
