gurl stop misleading people. Jollof rice is NOT also known as fried rice. they are two different dishes. either you are not a Ghanaian or it's just sheer ignorance
I'm Ghanaian and i can positively tell you that jollof rice is completely different to fried rice they both have completely different taste and are prepared differently
