Mash eggs potatoes green dhania chilly salt.keep aside.Seive flour ,maida little salt oil or ghee and make a soft dough with milk (you can add little water) make equal portions of dough and egg-potato mix, roll out rotis with ball size mix .heat oil or ghee and fry prathas .serve hot with chutney or sauce.

for brunch this is ideal . some times my children got fed up with same parathas ,like aloo , gobhi, moolee, so i tried this and the result was ... wow......
