Booneless Meat Chunks

Ingredients

1/2 kilogram meat chunks (i used the frozen)
3 teaspoons each ginger n garlic paste
2 teaspoons chilly paste (according to taste)
salt n blk pepper pdr to taste
1 teaspoon dry ginger (pdr)
2 teaspoons garammasala pdr (blk cardmom, blk pepper clove bay leaf, cinnamn,)
4 tablespoons vinegar
5 tablespoons oil (2 for coating)

Preparation

Prepare a marinade, mix this with meat

Leave for 15 mnts

Heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a pressure pan or in a cooker,

Cook meat with 1/2 cup water

Open the lid if there is any water and you want dry add 2 tbsp oil and dry

Fry for 2-3 mnts

Garnish with chopped hara dhania( or green corriander)
