Boneless Meat Chunks

Ingredients

1/2 kilogram boneless meat
3 teaspoons each ginger,garlic and gr chilly paste
1/2 cup vinegar (4 tbsp)
4 teaspoons tbsp oil for frying, and 2 for meat coating
prepare a marinade with ginger, garlic, chilly and
4 and garam masala. apply on meat and keep aside for hrs

Preparation

In a cooker with 3-4 tbsp oil, cook meat with half cup of water,(till done)

Dry the remaining water if ther is any water left.

Stir fry for 1-2 mnts with 1tsp oil.

Garnish with green dhania patti (chopped) and ginger jullians

Serve hot.
