Vegan Bean & Potato Soup
Ingredients
2 carrots
1/2 cup pearled barley (optional)
4 cups vegetable broth
4 cups water
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme
