Boil dal and jimikand , and mash them with salt dhaniapatti ,garammasala garlic ginger, finly cut onions. mix well,heat oil in a pan ,make balls and flatten them and fry with little oil. serve with green chutney (with garlic flavour)

nobody can guess that these cutlets are vege, b coz of garlic and the texture of the jimikand it looks like shami -kababs
