Question: looking for recipes for traditional dishes from the indonesian rain forests.

I'm looking for info about foods that use ingridiants from the forests only. specialy from Borneo, irian jaya, Sumatra, Bali, Sulawesi. If you have any info about it please let me know thanks oded
