There is no question that turkey is the star of the Thanksgiving meal. There is something magical about a whole roasted bird that brings friends and family around the table for one spectacular meal. If you are having a large Thanksgiving meal, consider preparing a couple different type of turkey. For smaller gatherings, you can cook a couple of turkey breasts and it would be just as satisfying.
