Springtime means abundance. The farmers markets are bursting with fresh produce, and there are new things every week. It's a fun time in the kitchen, with plenty of spring greens, early vegetables, and dairy just waiting to be made into something delicious.
On the farm, the chickens have begun laying, and the goats are giving plenty of rich milk. It's time to make cheeses and think of ways to use up all the eggs that are overflowing our egg baskets.
