French toast is a breakfast favorite and this overnight French toast casserole is the easiest way to serve it yet.  Instead of slaving over the stove, carefully pan frying each custard soaked piece of bread, all the bread into a casserole dish and bake it.  As the title suggests, you can prepare this dish the night before and bake it 40 minutes prior to serving.
