This recipe does little to enhance the natural health benefits of sliced apples, but then again, who said all fruit dishes had to be healthy?
Ingredients:
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
4 -5 apples, cut into 15 rings about 1/4 inch thick
5 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons powdered sugar
Oil (for frying)
