Springtime is the beginning of grilling weather, and while steaks and chicken may be the most well-known dishes, there's more to it then that.
This recipe is for, of all things, grilled salad. And while it may sound impossible to pull off at first, the tasty payoff is worth it.
Ingredients:
2 heads romaine lettuce
Extra-virgin olive oil
Citrus Caesar Vinaigrette, recipe follows
