Cotton candy is a staple of state fairs and other large festivals here in the U.S, and is deceptively easy to make. However most folks think the process of spinning it is too complex to be preformed in their own homes, not so.
As this recipe below shows, it's actually quite easy to make a batch of light, fluffy cotton candy in your own kitchen.

3/4 lb loaf sugar
