Spring Onions are a versatile ingredient in any number of Springtime dishes, but they also make a fine dish on their own.
Ingredients:
15 baby Vidalia onions or other large-bulb spring onion, ends trimmed and halved lengthwise
1 teaspoon(s) fresh thyme leaves
Coarse salt
Pepper, freshly ground
1 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter
