Saint Patrick's day is coming right up, and with it comes the premise of preparing an Irish meal in honor of the man himself.
Now, while most folks here in the U.S choose to make the favorite Corned Beef And Cabbage, it doesn't hurt to spice it up with a bit more variety now and then. The Irish don't live on beef and cabbage alone after all!
