It’s easy to love vegetables when they’re smothered by creamy Ranch dressing, but shouldn’t there be a healthier way to convince your kids that carrots are cool? That’s where Ranch hummus comes in. This recipe from Budget Gourmet Mom has all the appeal of Ranch dressing, but it’s packed with protein-rich garbanzo beans.
Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice or vinegar
Canola or olive oil as needed
2 tablespoon plain yogurt or sour cream
Veggies or pita chips for serving
