This is my absolute favorite chocolate chip rainbow cookie recipe on all the food blogs I read! I love the hint of cinnamon in the cookies, and the totally irresistible buttery flavor. The cookie balls are rolled in rainbow sprinkles before baking, making it a kid's favorite chocolate chip cookie!
Chocolate Chip Rainbow Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1/4 cup butter flavored crisco
3/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1/2 teaspoon fine salt (don't use coarse salt here)
1 bag milk chocolate chips
rainbow sprinkles
