I love pumpkin. It is too bad that most of us only eat it once or twice a year. Break out of the mold, and make pumpkin pie all year round!
Our neighboring farm, specializes in pumpkins and squash growing. Every year we take our first *field trip* to their market, and buy a bunch of pie pumpkins.
This video shows how to make a simple pumpkin pie. It doesn't get any easier than that!
