Everyone loves a good tater tot, so here is a recipe that is little healthier. This Cheesy Cauliflower Tater Tots recipe from I Breathe... I'm Hungry... is low in carbs and gluten-free. You can even skip the frying and eat them fresh out of the oven (although, the frying does make them feel like real tater tots).
Cheesy Cauliflower Tater Tots
Ingredients:
- 1 medium head of cauliflower
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 4 egg whites
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil for frying
