This herb turkey burger from Mother Rimmy is an easy and inexpensive meal that you can prepare on the grill. The beauty of a turkey burger is that since the flavor is mild, whatever you add to the patty will really stand out. For this recipe, you can use whatever fresh herbs that are available to you. I particularly like the combination of chives, basil, and Italian parsley.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1/4 cup chives, finely chopped
1/4 cup parsley, minced
1 tablespoon sage, minced
1 tablespoon rosemary, minced
1 large tomato, sliced
4 Sandwich Thins
