Jump start your morning with this peanut butter and jelly breakfast smoothie. This healthy breakfast can be whipped up in a matter of minutes. If you prefer something icy in the mornings, chopped and freeze the fruit the night before. Also, feel free to add protein powder. Peanut butter and jelly breakfast smoothies are a delicious first meal of the day.
Peanut Butter and Jelly Breakfast Shake
Ingredients:
2 cups non-fat milk
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 banana
2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup seedless red grapes
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
