With the sixth season of Mad Men – the popular series that made ‘60s nostalgia hip again – premiering this Sunday, April 7th, Hard Rock International has whipped up some classic cocktails like Don Draper – with a Hard Rock twist. Check out this classic Prohibition cocktail from the 1930’s that used honey in order to mask the smell of liquor. Perfect for the office (wink).
Bees Knees
2 oz Hendricks
1 ½ oz Sweet & Sour
1 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and simple syrup)
Shake and strain into a martini glass
Garnish with a lemon wedge in the drink
