Patrick Dempsey's Global Baristas LLC has managed to win small coffee chain Tully's in a bankruptcy auction. The star faced off against Starbucks Corp. and won with a 9.2 million dollar bill. However, the star will face off against the coffee giant in a court hearing on January 11th, who still intends on purchasing 25 out of 47 Tully cafes, with the remainder being purchased by an undisclosed bidder.
