The Galley Gourmet tempts readers with her irresistible dessert - caramel boudino with salted caramel sauce. This individual dessert is layered with crushed chocolate cookies, creamy caramel pudding and a rich salted caramel sauce. Although beautiful, it is rather easy to whip up and makes for the perfect final course at a dinner party.
