Pastry chefs in the town of Seiersberg have managed to create the world's largest edible coat of arms with their two-and-a-half tonne sponge cake. The bakers created the cake with more than 3,000 eggs, and thousands of gallons of milk, topped with 500 kilos of fruit. The cake was completed in the local sports hall in order to fit the giant masterpiece and will hopefully be recognized as the World's Largest Coat of Arms cake
