Supermodel Brooklyn Decker shared some of her own diet tips with Men's Health UK. Decker tells readers to focus on the good sides of eating foods that are considered unhealthy.
"Don't think about something being bad because it's high in fat, focus on why it's good," Decker said. "Remind yourself that it's also rich in fiber, say. When you look at food as fuel you develop a healthier relationship with it."
