These colorful sugar cookie boxes from Erica's Sweet Tooth hold a sweet surprise. Sugar cookie dough is colored various shades of the rainbow and stacked together using white chocolate as glue. Once assembled, the cookie boxes are filled with candy (Erica used skittles but you can use whatever small candy you like).
