As a dancer, Kym Johnson is always in great shape. Her fitness secret is a great exercise regime that still allows her to eat her favorite foods.
"I do eat healthy portions and control is key," she said. "I have a sweet tooth. But the truth is I don't do too much sugar. I think if you workout at least three times a week then you don't have to sacrifice too much of what you like to eat."
Johnson adds that you should keep your workouts fun and always try to challenge yourself.
