A passenger on an Air Canada flight, found a needle in the sandwich that was offered aboard a flight from Victoria to Toronto. This story may sound familiar, since it was less than two weeks ago, that multiple needles were found in Delta Air Lines in-flight turkey sandwiches.
The FBI has been investigating the incidents. Authorities say it is too soon to know if it is a copycat, or possibly a link between the two incidents.
