The Watermelon Slices sugar cookies from Just Crumbs are downright adorable. The cookies aren't your traditional shortbread or sugar cookie, but a Madagascar vanilla bean flavor that's enhanced by a hint of vanilla in the icing. The cookies also have a large bite taken out of them to add a cute, playful look to the baked goods.
