This sweet and spicy patriotic fruit salad from Two Peas and Their Pod is a festive 4th of July dish. Blueberries, strawberries, and jicama are tossed in a zesty vinaigrette made with cilantro, lime and red onion. The sweet fruit provide the perfect contrast to the crunchy jicama and the spicy jalapeno. Serve this salad over a bed of greens or just as it is.
