Gwyneth Paltrow and her husband Chris Martin just purchased a $10.5 million home in California. The mansion has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a gourmet professional kitchen. The kitchen is a home chef's dream with wide-plank hardwood floors and restaurant-worthy fixtures.
The wood floors are accented by darker wood, grey and black. The focal point of Paltrow's new kitchen is the center table that also serves as a storage space and eating area.
"I really wanted to create a new template if you will, a new model for how I believe vibrant young families live today," said Windsor Smith, the lifestyle architect that worked on the home.
