Kelly Clarkson has dropped 30 pounds in the last six months, and it is all thanks to her new healthy lifestyle. The singer has started working out five times a week and is now following a portion-controlled diet. 

Just 10 pounds away from her goal weight, a source reveals that it was the support of her boyfriend that helped Clarkson make the change. 

"Brandon [Blackstock] is the first guy ever who tells her how beautiful and sexy she is. She wants to look good for him."
