Onions are in season! Especially wild onions, that require some cooking to mellow out their spicy flavor. This Sausage and Caramelized Onions on Ciabatta, is surprisingly hearty and satisfying. Thanks to Foodista member: Gio Ray Mangaya-ay for this delicious way to use a seasonal food.
