This soup caught our eye, due to the abundance of Bok Choy in the grocery stores right now. This Sweet and Spicy Bok Choy Soup is perfect for those chilly nights. You whole family will enjoy a nice change from plain old chicken soup for dinner. Be sure to turn up the spice if you can!
