Asian BBQ chicken lettuce wraps are a flavorful and healthful meal for any night of the week. Chicken is sauteed with aromatics like ginger, garlic, and onion and mixed with soy sauce and hoisin sauce (Asian bbq sauce). This recipe uses chicken thighs but feel free to use chicken breasts or ground chicken. Serve these awesome lettuce wraps with brown rice or a rice noodle salad.
