Champagne Jello Shots

Champagne Jello shots from That's so Michelle is a fun way to serve bubbly at your New Year's Eve party.  This is a recipe where you want to use $10 champagne- not your $40 bottle.  The pineapple Jello has a mild flavor and compliments champagne.  If you cannot find strawberries, use frozen or another seasonal fruit.  Champagne Jello shots are an unexpected but tasty way to bring in the new year.

Ingredients:

2 boxes of pineapple jello (4 serving size boxes)
1 1/2 cups boiling water
2 1/2 cups champagne
1 cup sliced strawberries
2 oz. plastic or glass shot glasses (mini champagne flutes would be adorable if you can find them)
