This is a quintessential kid's favorite. No matter if you use Veggie dogs or your own variety, knowing how to make your own dough can make this a much more affordable treat.
I make mine, and then slice each hotdog into three bites. Place the slices on a platter, surrounding a dipping dish of ketchup and mustand, and you have a special lunch that will get eaten every time.
