Courteney Cox says it's her healthy lifestyle that helps keep her young.

"Beauty over 40 is a slippery slope," the actress said.

Dealing with aging can be tough for any woman, let alone one who is constantly in the public eye. To keep herself healthy and feeling young, Cox's diet consists of coffee in the morning, a chicken salad for lunch and a rotating dinner of steak, chicken or fish with vegetables on the side.

"I do cheat, on occasion, with pasta or bread and butter," Cox said. "And I do eat a lot of cheese and nuts, which is probably not the best idea."
