50 Cent Enlists the Help of Celebrity Friends to Help Fight Starvation

September 15, 2011

50 Cent is on a mission to help end world hunger and now the rapper is turning to some of his A-list friends to help him a long the way.

The rapper recently launched a new energy drink, Street King, whose proceeds are going straight to the mouths of African children. Already, 50 Cent has managed to help feed 2.5 million people and hopes to raise that number to 1 billion by 2016.

"It sold out, the first 4,000 shipments in stores in like, 50 states, is sold out… and I was being conservative, because of the actual pre-orders, I was actually able to feed 2.5 million." 50 Cent is looking for celebrity endorsers to help him along the way. Luckily for him, a few are already interested.

"I already have interest expressed by a bunch of people like Usher, Justin Bieber, Lady GaGa, Drake… so we're looking forward to building bigger and better things."
