People recently caught up with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, who shared details of the Hilary Duff pregnancy diet. The actress is sticking to a low-impact exercise regimen that comprises stairs, the elliptical, incline heel walking and free weights, and her diet is equally sensible. Duff has been craving raw sushi (among sweeter delights), to which Pasternak suggests "cooked fish low in mercury, like a piece of grilled salmon."
Hilary Duff is also consuming "minimal" caffeine and a healthy, wholesome overall diet. Pasternak remains optimistic about the baby's health, saying, "Hilary's fit, young and healthy. And the dad [Mike Comrie] is a professional athlete. So I think it's going to be a great, beautiful, fit baby."
