Megan Fox's trainer, Harley Pasternak, dished on the actress' fitness regime and said both Fox and her husband, Brian Austin Green, follow the 5-Factor Workout and the 5-Factor Diet.
“She follows the 5-Factor diet which is to eat five small meals a day which include the five dietary factors including healthy fats, lean protein, fiber and a non-sugar drink," Pasternak said. “If she needs to snack between meals then she has our 5-Factor chips which keeps her satiated between meals."
Fox's favorite recipes include the 5-Factor French toast, oatmeal pancakes and pizza.
Fox recently admitted that she tried a vegan diet for more than a year but was unhappy with the weight-loss and has begun adding animal products back into her diet.
