A simple Caprese Salad is just the thing after working in the garden all day.
Our own Goat's milk mozzarella makes it perfect. Check out how easy it is to build a fantastic summer garden salad. Of course, I never stay within the lines, and switch out everything to suit what is in the pantry. We enjoy this with Black Krim tomatoes and Thai basil.
