At the recent Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, bartender Jim Meehan of Manhattan's PDT got together with Food & Wine's Kate Krader to discuss the top cocktail trends of 2011. Some of their favorites trends were chef-made cocktails, group punch bows, and specialty ice cubes, but they are so over hipster bartenders with ironic mustaches and bacon in cocktails.
